Pastor Roderick Webster

Good News Baptist Church - Saint Maarten

Date: Friday, July 31th, 2026
Time: 8:15 am – 8:55 pm
Location: Sanctuary | Transcripts | Presentation
Subject: Strengthening the Church Of Jesus Christ

Pastor Roderick E. Webster, Senior Pastor of The Good News Baptist Church on St. Maarten, has dedicated his life to serving God and proclaiming the Gospel. Born on May 24, 1957, in Anguilla, he accepted Christ as his Savior at age 13, and later married his devoted partner in ministry, Eudora Richardson, on December 6, 1979. Early in his Christian walk, he sensed God’s call to preach, spending many years traveling throughout the Caribbean and on multiple mission trips to Africa.

Pastor Webster’s commitment to ministry is grounded in solid academic preparation. He earned a Bachelor of Scripture Ministries degree from the School of the Scriptures in Anguilla (an extension of Baptist Christian University) in 1991, followed by a Master of Arts from BCU in 1992. In 1997 he fully surrendered to full-time ministry, was ordained on May 17, 1998, and accepted the call to pastor GNBC on Dutch St. Maarten in 2004 — a congregation he continues to lead with unwavering dedication.

Beyond his pastoral role, Pastor Webster carries significant regional leadership responsibilities. He serves as Chairman of The Good News Baptist Church Association, Good News Christian Academy, the West Indies Baptist Fellowship, Caribbean Baptist Partners, and Blue Water Bible College. His passion for the Lord and steadfast commitment to Gospel ministry remain the driving force of his life and work.

Dr. Mario Valcin

Adonai Baptist Church - United States

Date: Monday, July 27th, 2026
Time: 7:25 pm – 8:00 pm
Location: Sanctuary | Transcripts
Subject: Strengthening the Church of Jesus Christ

Dr. Mario Valcin, the founder and Pastor of Adonai Baptist Church, located at 1299 NW 111th St. in Miami, Florida 33167. This is the place where I have been ministering for the past 27 years, which still seems like a few days ago!

Personally, like the Apostle Paul, I know the honor of suffering in God’s vineyard with the hope to reign with His Son in glory. I left Haiti in 1991, under persecution, and came to America. Inspired by God, I started a small gathering with 12 people.  God has blessed our vision and presently, we have more than 500 worshippers on any given Sunday.

You might ask this question: how have we survived, and even thrived in the face of so many challenges and dangers, both seen and unseen? The only answer has always been: Faith in God. Have faith in God and stand on His Word!

Therefore, throughout these years, I have tried to develop an eclectic preaching style, that rests upon the Bible, but also uses literature, philosophy, human studies, among other fields, to corroborate the biblical points. This way, I have been able to nourish my congregants in the Word of God, in addition to providing them fundamental teachings.

Pastor Wayne Maynard

Shiloh Baptist Church - Saint Kitts & Nevis

Date: Monday, July 27th, 2026
Time: 8:15 pm – 8:55 pm
Location: Sanctuary | Transcripts
Subject: Strengthening the Church of Jesus Christ

Pastor Wayne Maynard was born and raised on the island of Nevis. He had the privilege of growing up in a pastor's family, where he was molded and taught the things of God. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was actively involved in the ministry of the Shiloh Baptist Church in a variety of different areas, including playing the piano, preaching, and working with young people. His adolescent years were greatly impacted by mentoring from his youth leader and healthy relationships with other young people who were serving God.

He married his best friend, Shennetter Smith, in 1999, and they began their new life together in Virginia, where they attended the Crossroads Baptist Church. This church helped them grow spiritually through challenging preaching and good Christian examples. Their union produced two beautiful children, Mikaela (21) and Micah (17).

During a successful fifteen-year career as a software engineer, Pastor Maynard felt the call of God on his life to be involved in full-time ministry in the work of God. He began planning to return home to Nevis, where he felt God wanted him and his family to serve. That transition was completed in February 2015. He became the Senior Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church in October 2015, where he continues to serve in various areas, including directing the choir and leading other ministries. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the West Indies Baptist Fellowship. He authored and published his first book, “Too Blessed To Make a Mess,” in 2023 and is passionate about helping people fulfill their God-given purpose.

At the age of 13, David gave his life to Christ and became actively involved at Berean Bible Baptist Church. Pastor Alphonse Pennyfeather

Lighthouse Baptist Church - Saint Kitts & Nevis

Date: Wednesday, July 29th, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 9:30 am
Location: Sanctuary | Transcripts
Subject: Reaching Our Youth Before The World Does

Pastor Alphonse Pennyfeather – I was saved at the age of thirteen in 1994 and have been passionate about the local church ever since. Growing up within the church under the mentorship of Pastor Keithley Saunders, I developed a deep love for ministry that led me to serve across virtually every area of church life — from youth and children’s ministry to worship, music, transport, finance, and maintenance.

That foundation of faithful service eventually led to my ordination as a Deacon in 2008 and my appointment as Associate Pastor in 2016. In 2021, I was installed as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church, St. Kitts, where I continue to serve with great joy. Beyond the local church, I also serve as a Chaplain at one of St. Kitts’ local high schools, a role that allows me to bring the love of Christ into the lives of young people in my community.

My ministry is anchored by Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This truth has been the bedrock of my journey. Knowing that God is with me, that He is my strength and will never forsake me, I press forward in all He has called me to do — for His glory alone.

Professionally, I serve as the Head of Facilities for the TDC Group of Companies, bringing the same commitment to excellence in the workplace that I endeavour to bring to ministry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Project Management — a qualification that has proven invaluable in leading and strengthening the organisations I serve, both inside and outside the church.

I am happily married to my wife Leona, and together we have served the Lord with gladness for over 22 years. We are blessed with two daughters, Alleanna and Alayna.

To God I owe everything, and to His service I have committed my life — without reservation, without retreat, and without regret, until He calls me home.

Br. Walsh Walsh Jno-Baptiste

First Baptist Church The Valley - Anguilla

Date: Thursday, July 30th, 2026
Time: 9:00 am – 9:30 am
Location: Sanctuary | Transcripts
Subject: Church and The World (Salt & Light)

BR. MARK “WALSH” JNO-BAPTISTE was raised in a home shaped by the gospel, the son of the late Pastor Norril McClean Gumbs, a stalwart of the Caribbean Baptist ministry whose voice echoed from the pulpits of Montserrat and Anguilla for more than half a century. For his earliest years, Walsh’s life and his father’s have been inseparably intertwined. The rhythms of the home, , the discipline of the pastor’s home, the endless open door of Christian hospitality; these were the air he breathed. He recalls, even as a boy, accompanying his father to the WIBF conferences. The fellowship of the brethren was to Pastor Norril what a vacation is to other men.
Growing up in the household of a pastor for whom the words, “Woe is me if I preach not the gospel,” were not a slogan but a daily reality, Walsh’s formation for ministry began long before he ever stood behind a pulpit. He came to the Lord in the ordinary means of grace that filled the life of pastor’s child. Family devotions, the preached word, the discipline of a house ordered around the things of God. From his youth he took his place in the life of the local church. He has served in nearly every ministry a church requires: Sunday school teacher, youth director, pianist, lay preacher, counsellor to young people, servant wherever a hand was needed.
His ministry has been shaped across four nations. In Montserrat at Calvary Baptist Church, In my teens at Central Baptist Church Anguilla, In the United Kingdom, he sat under the preaching of the Metropolitan Tabernacle, the pulpit of Charles Spurgeon, and worshipped at Hyde Park Chapel, receiving into his soul the deep Christian heritage that continues to Walsh his voice today. In Antigua he was a member of Grace Baptist Church, where he served as youth director, deacon and as a board member of Grace Christian Academy.
Today Br. Walsh and his wife Shana attend the First Baptist Church, Anguilla, the very congregation his father pastored in his later years upon returning to his homeland. Together they are raising their four children in the fear and admonition of the Lord, having chosen to homeschool them that the whole of their upbringing might be shaped by the Word of God. Shana labours alongside him in every ministry to which the Lord calls their family, and together they preach, teach, and serve wherever they are called and wherever a door is opened.
By profession Br. Walsh is an entrepreneur and director of two companies operating in engineering, construction, concrete, and asphalt across Anguilla. He is a man who has built with his hands as his father built before him. Walsh carries into his professional life the same commitment to excellence, integrity, and the refusal to see any honest work as beneath the dignity of a Christian man. His office and his ministry are not two lives but one. He understands his business as a stewardship and his ministry as the burden the Lord has laid upon him.
That burden has, in this season of his life, drawn him more deeply into the study and preaching of the gospel. Br. Walsh preaches when he is called upon, teaches wherever he is invited, and gives himself to the work of the local church in whatever capacity is asked of him. He carries a particular burden for the recovery of gospel-centred preaching in the Caribbean and beyond, a burden that he traces directly to the ministry of his father.
Br. Walsh comes to the WIBF pulpit as a son of the fellowship. His father sat in these seats. His father spoke from these platforms. His father is now with the Lord he loved, having finished his course on May 14, 2025, and Br. Walsh now takes his place among the brethren; not because he has arrived, but because the same gospel that sustained his father sustains him. He counts it the highest honour of his life to stand where his father stood, and to bring, by God’s grace, a word for the recovery of the gospel that made his father the man he was.
To God be the glory.
