Pastor Roderick E. Webster, Senior Pastor of The Good News Baptist Church on St. Maarten, has dedicated his life to serving God and proclaiming the Gospel. Born on May 24, 1957, in Anguilla, he accepted Christ as his Savior at age 13, and later married his devoted partner in ministry, Eudora Richardson, on December 6, 1979. Early in his Christian walk, he sensed God’s call to preach, spending many years traveling throughout the Caribbean and on multiple mission trips to Africa.

Pastor Webster’s commitment to ministry is grounded in solid academic preparation. He earned a Bachelor of Scripture Ministries degree from the School of the Scriptures in Anguilla (an extension of Baptist Christian University) in 1991, followed by a Master of Arts from BCU in 1992. In 1997 he fully surrendered to full-time ministry, was ordained on May 17, 1998, and accepted the call to pastor GNBC on Dutch St. Maarten in 2004 — a congregation he continues to lead with unwavering dedication.

Beyond his pastoral role, Pastor Webster carries significant regional leadership responsibilities. He serves as Chairman of The Good News Baptist Church Association, Good News Christian Academy, the West Indies Baptist Fellowship, Caribbean Baptist Partners, and Blue Water Bible College. His passion for the Lord and steadfast commitment to Gospel ministry remain the driving force of his life and work.

Pastor Wayne Maynard was born and raised on the island of Nevis. He had the privilege of growing up in a pastor's family, where he was molded and taught the things of God. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at an early age and was actively involved in the ministry of the Shiloh Baptist Church in a variety of different areas, including playing the piano, preaching, and working with young people. His adolescent years were greatly impacted by mentoring from his youth leader and healthy relationships with other young people who were serving God.

He married his best friend, Shennetter Smith, in 1999, and they began their new life together in Virginia, where they attended the Crossroads Baptist Church. This church helped them grow spiritually through challenging preaching and good Christian examples. Their union produced two beautiful children, Mikaela (21) and Micah (17).

During a successful fifteen-year career as a software engineer, Pastor Maynard felt the call of God on his life to be involved in full-time ministry in the work of God. He began planning to return home to Nevis, where he felt God wanted him and his family to serve. That transition was completed in February 2015. He became the Senior Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church in October 2015, where he continues to serve in various areas, including directing the choir and leading other ministries. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the West Indies Baptist Fellowship. He authored and published his first book, “Too Blessed To Make a Mess,” in 2023 and is passionate about helping people fulfill their God-given purpose.

Dr. Paul Cannings is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Living Word Fellowship Church in Houston, TX.,
where he faithfully provides spiritual leadership to a congregation of over 2,500 members. Under his leadership and guidance, the church has embraced a clear vision of cultivating a loving and united community of believers committed to serving the surrounding community, the nation, and the world for the cause of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Dr. Cannings is the Founded of Power Walk Ministries, a national and global leadership training resource dedicated to equipping clergy, lay leaders, and individuals for effective Christian living and service.

Dr. Cannings holds a Doctorate in Philosophy in Theological Studies in Religion and Society from Omega Graduate School (formerly Oxford Graduate School) in Dayton, TN., with additional course work completed at Oxford University in England. He also earned a Master of Theology in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College in Sherman, TX.

A prolific author, Dr. Cannings has written numerous books, including his latest work, “When We Pray.” His teaching ministry extends through radio and media platforms, including KHCB 105.7 FM in Houston, Moody Radio stations, NRBTV, and broadcasts reaching over 70% of Africa and 22 Caribbean islands.

Dr. Cannings and his wife Everette are the parents of two adult sons, Paul Jr. and Pierre. Their sons are married to Tanisha and Monica, respectively, and together they are blessed with seven grandchildren.

Brother Stanley Bonhomme leads the media ministry at Redemption Baptist Church, combining 10 years of IT and 12 years plus of audiovisual experience with a passion for worship technology and community discipleship.

He oversees live-stream operations, in-house and remote audio/video systems, lighting, and the church’s digital platforms.

Stanley manages a team of volunteers, trains staff in production best practices, and implements technology plans that support ministry growth while staying on a modest budget.

Pastor Dwight Scott was born in El Dorado, Arkansas. He is the eleventh of twelve children. He was saved in 1973 and called to the ministry while serving in the U.S. Navy. He married Geneva Johnson in 1974 and to this union five sons were born. He and Geneva were married for fifty-one years before her passing. They are proud grandparents to nineteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Upon completing his military time he enrolled in Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. Pastor Scott graduated in 1979 with a Graduate of Theology and B.A. degree . Through the years he continued his educational studies and has earned a Masters in Church Ministries in 2005 and in May 2010 he earned his Master of Divinity from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri. He also earned his Master of Theology and Doctor of Ministry degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022.

In 1979 Pastor Scott moved to Little Rock, Arkansas and ministered at Thayer Street Baptist Church while awaiting direction on where God wanted him to serve. In 1982 Pastor Scott was led to Kansas City, Missouri where he planted Bannister Road Baptist Church and remained as its senior pastor for 41 years. Currently Pastor Scott is traveling to teach and preach in furtherance of the gospel.

Dr Caleb deliard married to Marie J and father of 4 children. He is founder and of Victory of Grace Church.

He Was Professor of world religion at Broward College for 21 year and taught at New Orleans Theological Seminary for 7 years. Went to North Eastern Bible college, Alliance Theological Seminary, international institute of Human rights in strasbourg in France and Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, Texas.

Dr. Indira Blackman serves with her husband Pastor Johann Blackman at the Enterprise Bible Baptist Church in the island of Trinidad and Tobago.

She has been a Pastor’s wife for the past twenty years and is the mother of two girls. She is very much involved in the women’s ministry in her church and throughout the Caribbean region as a leader and teacher.

She has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of the West Indies (B.A. 1990), A Bachelor of Theology (B.Th. 1998), a Master of Theology (M.Th. 2017) and a Doctor of Religious Education (D.R.E.
2022) from the Solid Rock Theological Seminary.

Her desire is to educate women about their roles in the home, in the church and in general but most of all teaching them to value themselves as useful and productive servants in God’s kingdom.

Michael W. Boston, Sr., is the Senior Pastor/Teacher (Servant) of Conquerors Bible Fellowship Church in Pearland, TX [aka The Pearl of Pearland]; a church God instructed him to start 29 years ago. He has been preaching the gospel for over 41 years. Pastor Boston is President and Founder of The Standard-Bearers Foundation (aka SBF), and President Emeritus of other Para-church ministries affiliated with his non-profit organization. Pastor Boston serves as President of Guarding The Truth (aka GTT) a for profit Charity Ministry that equips pastors and churches with the necessary information, tools, and training that helps to raise the standards of churches and ministries to reflect biblical integrity and not worldly chicanery. He also serves as the leader and primary teacher/servant of a ministry for Senior Pastors, Associate Pastors and their Wives entitled Servants Serving Servants (aka S3 Ministry). Another non-profit ministry designated solely to Servant Leadership.

Pastor Boston’s thumbprint [his spiritual mark] comes by way of being a published author, international conference speaker, and teacher; he also can be heard, and his writings viewed and read through his many social media outlets. Daily he posts inspiration, and information for those seeking to put God on display through their daily living. In regard to his education, he is a seminary graduate student and a perpetual student/learner.

Lastly, but most importantly Pastor Boston has been married to one wife, his best friend for 40 years (Jennifer); together they have two adult children; daughter (Kamesha), who is the parent of three grandchildren (Zechariah, Josiah, and Trinity), and a married son (Mike Jr.), and a daughter-in-law (Arion) the parents of their two youngest granddaughters (Calaya, and Camdyn), all of which he is very proud of and loves deeply.

I was saved at the age of thirteen in 1994 and have been passionate about the local church ever since. Growing up within the church under the mentorship of Pastor Keithley Saunders, I developed a deep love for ministry that led me to serve across virtually every area of church life — from youth and children’s ministry to worship, music, transport, finance, and maintenance.

That foundation of faithful service eventually led to my ordination as a Deacon in 2008 and my appointment as Associate Pastor in 2016. In 2021, I was installed as the Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Baptist Church, St. Kitts, where I continue to serve with great joy. Beyond the local church, I also serve as a Chaplain at one of St. Kitts’ local high schools, a role that allows me to bring the love of Christ into the lives of young people in my community.

My ministry is anchored by Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” This truth has been the bedrock of my journey. Knowing that God is with me, that He is my strength and will never forsake me, I press forward in all He has called me to do — for His glory alone.

Professionally, I serve as the Head of Facilities for the TDC Group of Companies, bringing the same commitment to excellence in the workplace that I endeavour to bring to ministry. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialization in Project Management — a qualification that has proven invaluable in leading and strengthening the organisations I serve, both inside and outside the church.

I am happily married to my wife Leona, and together we have served the Lord with gladness for over 22 years. We are blessed with two daughters, Alleanna and Alayna.

To God I owe everything, and to His service I have committed my life — without reservation, without retreat, and without regret, until He calls me home.

Pastor Arrindell has been married to Rita for 39 years. They have two children, Nikki (35), and Adrian (33). They have three grandchildren, Braeden (10 years), Matthias (5 years), and Ivah (3 years). They enjoy spending lots of time hanging out with their grandchildren.

Pastor Arrindell has been preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving the Lord in the work of the ministry for well over 40 years. He is the Founder of Trinity Baptist Church in Woodbridge, Virginia and has pastored the church for fifteen years. He has also taught Systematic Theology at Capital Bible college in Annandale, Virginia and Evangelism at Triangle Bible Institute in Triangle, Virginia. He was honored for his volunteering service by the City of Alexandria jail, Nehemiah Youth Ministries, and Fairfax County Public School. He was a substitute teacher for StaƯord, County Public school and taught at Calvery Christian Academy on St. Thomas for 5 years.

Rev. Godfrey Anthony Watson, JP, is a respected pastor, humanitarian, and community leader whose life has been dedicated to ministry, civic engagement, and national development. With more than three decades of impactful service, he has earned widespread recognition for his spiritual leadership, compassionate outreach, and unwavering commitment to the people of St. Elizabeth and Jamaica. He currently serves as Pastor of Providence Baptist Church, a role he has held since 1996, and Spice Grove Baptist Church since 1994.

Through dynamic preaching, compassionate pastoral care, and visionary leadership, he has impacted countless individuals, families, and communities. His ministry is marked by a deep passion for community transformation, youth development, and Christian service. Rev. Watson has also distinguished himself through extensive civic and humanitarian involvement.

For over two decades, he has served in numerous leadership roles across organizations focused on healthcare, education, poverty alleviation, community development, and social welfare, including Food for the Poor, the St. Elizabeth Homecoming Foundation, the Black River Police Civic Committee, and the Black River Hospital Chaplaincy.

A prominent church leader, Rev. Watson previously served as President of the Association of Independent Baptist Churches from 2008 to 2018 and was reinstalled as President on Ash Wednesday 2026. He has also provided longstanding leadership to the Black River Ministers Fraternal and the Black River Keswick Committee. A Justice of the Peace and Marriage Officer, Rev. Watson is widely admired for his integrity, humility, and servant leadership. His enduring legacy continues to inspire lives through faith, compassion, and dedicated service to church and community.

Keith Cunningham is the Pastor of Paramount Park Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina. He is the founding Pastor of Victory Baptist Church, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is a veteran of the United States Army, gratefully retired from the Broward Sheriff’s Office after 30 years, 6 months.

A graduate of Andersonville Baptist Seminary with a bachelor of Theology and Master’s in Religious Education degrees. He is married to his wife Maria for 38 years, 7 months, 2 days and 1 hour. They have 3 adult children, 10 grandchildren. For more than 30 years, he has served the body of Christ through preaching, pastoral leadership, and the development of equipping believers to walk in biblical clarity, spiritual maturity, and practical obedience.

Pastor Rawlie Cooper was ordained by the Fundamental Baptist Mission of Trinidad and Tobago (FBMTT) in 2009 and currently leads Bethel Fundamental Baptist Tabernacle in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, where he was installed as pastor in 2010. He trained at the Kestor Institute for Biblical Research under Drs. Roderick and Sylvia Loney and describes his tenure at Bethel as a season of personal challenge, growth, and a testimony to God’s faithfulness. At present he also oversees the work at Beth’eleel Fundamental Baptist Church in San Fernando Trinidad.

He has been married for 43 years to his lovely wife and partner in ministry, Arlene Robain Cooper and is the father of five children, one now deceased.

Humble and prayerful, he seeks to keep God central in his daily walk, while serving the wider church as Chairman of the FBMTT and as an ex officio member of the Fundamental Baptist Education Board of Management. Pastor Cooper also serves as a member of the Finance Committee for the West Indies Baptist Fellowship Conference.

Pastor Dr. John Geeter former retired Tennessee Valley Authority BSEE UA Elec Engr for 35 years got saved in June 1986 is the Pastor of North River Bible Baptist in Hixson, TN which he founded in 2015. He attended Chattanooga Bible Institute, Moody Bible Institute External Studies, Tennessee Temple University and Seminary, Great Commission Theological Seminary and served as High School Liaison Computer Design TVA Intern Coordinator/Mentor. He has been preaching the Gospel for over 39 years, 20 years as a Youth Pastor and now 19 years as Senior Pastor. Dr. John Geeter is Senior Vice-President of North River Bible Institute College a Satellite of Alabama Baptist Seminary equipping pastors and churches with Bible Certificates, Diplomas and Degrees to helps raise the bar of churches national, international and ministries to reflect Solid Biblical Teaching with Sound Doctrines. He also serves as the Chaplain for local hospitals and fraternal organizations.

I Guillermo Antonio (Tony) Smart was born in Panama on June 11 1957 to parents with Caribbean ancestry. I received Christ as Saviour and Lord at the age of 21.

I am married to Maritza Smart for over 44 years and we raised two daughters. I answered the call to preach the Gospel at 27 years of age graduated from the Covington Seminary in 1987, founded Victory Baptist Church in Tampa in 1989, earned a Doctorate in Theology from Landmark Baptist College in 2001, also founded the Victory Baptist Bible Institute and served as its director and primary instructor between 2005 and 2018.

Dr. Smart retired from the pastoral ministry in 2025 and currently operates Lighthouse Bible Ministries online, however, he is still available for preaching in Revivals, Seminars, and Bible conferences.

Dr. Joseph Gaston, author, coach, mentor, church consultant, and revival
Preacher is the founder and CEO of Institute of Ministry and Leadership
Development (IMLD). He is a graduate of Southern Baptist Theological Seminary
(M.A.C.E), and (Ph.D.) (the first Haitian Ph.D. graduate of the Southern Baptist
Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky). Due to his extensive work in Haiti as
Christian educator and leader, the Union of Private Universities of Haiti granted him
with an award of Doctor es Science in Education, (Honoris causa) for excellence in
Christian education and leadership ( August 2015).

Dr. Gaston is both a certified facilitator for Prepare-Enrich, Inc., (a family science
organization); an active member of Association of Christian Counselors that has
accumulated more than 36 years of experience in marriage and family counseling..

Dr Gaston is also a Church Consultant through Global Leadership Services,
WILDWORKS, CoachNet International Ministries, Next Level Leadership Network, and
Transformational Church Leadership (SBC). Furthermore, he serves as both an
Executive Board Member of S.T.E.P., and a Board Member of the Multi-Ethnic Advisory
Council of the Southern Baptist Convention, Executive Committee.

Prior to starting IMLD, Dr. Gaston was the church development Director at the Florida
Baptist Convention (2002-2015), providing leadership to over 364 churches. Joseph is
also an ordained Baptist minister and has served previously both in academic and in
church related ministry at all level, such as Seminary Professor, Church Consultant,
Senior Pastor, Interim Pastor, Family Pastor, Youth Pastor, Minister of education, and
Minister of Music. For over 4 decades, His ministry extends throughout USA, Canada,
Europe, and Haiti.

Dr. Gaston is an acknowledged Christian leader in collaborative work and systemic
approach to ministry. He has an extensive experience in helping individuals, families,
and churches in managing interpersonal and intergroup conflicts, in developing their
God-given gifts and skills for effective ministry, in creating collaborative processes for
strategic planning; in facilitating staff team development; and in providing individual and
team leadership coaching.

Dr. Gaston and his wife, Marie Yanick have four (4) children, seven (7) grandchildren,
and have been married for 40 years.
Above all, he is a servant of the Lord Jesus Christ, using his God-given spiritual gifts to
equip, empower, and encourage all church leaders. As a professional marriage and
family Counselor, he has an unwavering passion to raising happy and healthy families
across the land.

Johann Blackman is the Pastor of Enterprise Bible Baptist Church

Johann trusted Jesus as his Saviour in 1986.

He is married to his one and only beautiful wife Indira for thirty-nine years now. They are the
proud parents of two (2) lovely girls.

Johann has a servant heart and served in different areas and positions in church before
going out with a missionary in November 1999 to start a new work which will be later know
as Enterprise Bible Baptist Church.

In June 2002 he surrendered to the call of God to Pastor and has been Pastoring that
church for twenty four years now.

Dr. Anthony Carter is the founder and Pastor of Truth Baptist Church of Jacksonville, Florida where he has pastored for 26 years. He is happily married to his lovely wife Terri and together they have 5 children (including a son-in-law and daughter-in-law), and 5 grandchildren. Dr. Carter is the current moderator of the Independent Baptist Fellowship (IBF).

Dr. Carter was called into the ministry by the Lord Jesus Christ while serving in the U.S. Army in the Republic of Panama. After surrendering to the call and exiting the military, he earned a Bachelor of Biblical Studies at Gulf Coast Bible Institute, and a Master of Religious Education, and Doctorate in Pastoral Theology at Andersonville Theological Seminary. Seeing a need to help his “kinsmen according to the flesh” get grounded in the word of God, Dr. Carter started a weekly bible study that started the groundwork to establish Truth Baptist Church.

Pastor Oscar Reubin is a faithful and devoted man of God who has loved and served the lord from a young age. He accepted Christ as his savior at the age of 14 and has remained committed to Christian service ever since. Pastor Reubin attended Calvary Baptist Bible College in Puerto Rico from 1998 to 2002, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in theology.

He is happily married to his wife Elsa Reubin and together they are blessed with three children. Pastor Reubin presently serves as the pastor of faith independent Baptist church in Grenada, where he has faithfully ministered for over 22 years, from 2004 to the present day.

Throughout his ministry pastor Reubin has been deeply involved in soul winning, church building and outreach to the poor and needy. Known for his dedication, compassion, and love for his people, he continues to serve faithfully with a heart devoted to God and the work of the ministry.

Dr. Cheryl Rivera is a passionate speaker, author, radio host of The Growing Disciple, mentor, and ordained Chaplain dedicated to empowering youth through faith, leadership, and personal development. As owner of A Sharper Image LLC, she equips teens with soft skills, career readiness, entrepreneurship training, and emotional wellness strategies that prepare them for success and purpose.

With years of experience serving underserved communities, Cheryl is a trusted voice of encouragement, healing, and transformation. She volunteers with youth enrichment initiatives that help young people discover their gifts, build confidence, and develop leadership skills rooted in Christian values.

Through ministry, mentorship, women’s groups, and community outreach, Cheryl inspires others to walk boldly in faith and purpose. Her message blends compassion, practical wisdom, and biblical truth, encouraging the next generation to overcome adversity, pursue their God given calling, and become impactful leaders for Christ, while bringing hope, integrity, courage, and spiritual growth to communities.
